مش كل عيان ضغط عالي جي الاستقبال يخد علاج و يمشي لان العيان ممكن يكون عنده ب
hypertensive crisis.. . ببساطه علشان تستبعد ال hypertensive emergencies لازم تسال عن :
Dyspnea ..orthopnea ..examine the chest for wheezy chest ;bilateral cerepitaion.. لو الحجات دي موجوده يبقي ممكن العيان يكون عنده
Hypetensive pulmonary edema.... ............ اسال عن
Headache.. visual distrbances..confusion...convulsion الحجات دي تمشي مع
Hyertensive encephalopathy و في الحالات دي
CT brain may show brain edema " focal or generalised "... و نخد بالنا ان
Malignant hypertension may cause syndrome called posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome " PRES" ; also known as reversible posterior leucoencephalopathy syndrome "RPLS"... و علي اسبابها التانيه ....دوروا عليها
و كمان متنساش ان
High BP increase risk of cerebrocascular accident " cerebral haemorrhage or cerebral infarction "... ................... كمان
In presence of visual dusturbances do miss fundus examination to exclude hypertensive retinopathy..... ........ اسال العيان عن
Chest pain ..maniefestaions of myocardial ischemia...palptitations..feel the pulse....do urgent ECG ..exclude arrythmia ; myocardial ischemia .... But NB : normal ECG does not mean no ischemia ; does not mean normal person.... ............. اسال عن
Oligurea..vomiting..hiccough..anorexia ..nausea...and other uremic symptoms.. ليه ... Because hypertensive crisis may cause acute renal failure.. كمان متنساش ان
Malignant hypertension may cause hematurea and proteinurea.... ........
و كمان متتساش حاجه مهمه جدا
Chest pain ..high blood pressure ..unequal pulse on both sides do not miss possibility of aortic dissection " it is medical and surgical emergency ".. ........... كل الحجات اللي عدت اسمها
Hypertensive emergencies و نخد بالنا من حاجه مهمه جدا ان اللازكس اللي ناس كتير بتدمنه مش هو الحل في الحالات دي لان كل حاله من دول ليها

Lasix may be used with other lines of ttt ; but it is not the main line... متنساش
Hypertensive crisis include hypertensive urgency and hypertensive emergency ... Hypertensive emergency is sever increase in BP with presence of target organ dysfunction ...but hypertensive urgency is severe increase in BP without target organ dysfunction ... Please search for the diffrence between malignant HTN and accelerated HTN.... " و الله اعلي و اعلم " منقوول
